About the recent journal post headed "Book of Words". JVJ wrote about fan speculation of more Word characters appearing in Sword (apart from Baralis and Crope).
Well, in a long paragraph she prevaricated, danced ice better than Angus's horse and basically said nothing - damned frustrating.

Yeah, I kinda noticed that, too. It would have been alot easier of her to say, "Maybe, maybe not." :p

I'd be dancing ice too if it were me . Keep people guessing. I didn't find it frustrating, but full of promise. But that's just me.

While the journal entry contained no revelations about characters from the Book of Words, it did contain some important information. People who are new to the books need to know they can read Sword of Shadows without any prior knowledge of the earlier series.
