Freeway's blend

What type of recipe's have you come up with that you'd like to share with your forum buds?

I won a (corny) George Forman grill at a christmas function (yankee swap) and have been using it as a quick way to make chicken. As for a spicy dipping sauce, I change the ingredients all the time, but this one seems to be tickling my taste buds real good right now. Warning, I like this stuff hot, so you might want to lessen the amount of rooster sauce and cajun seasoning.

As for the "Freeway's blend" name, who could pass up a good opportunity to take a picture of kitteh checking out the ingredients?

1/4 cup rooster sauce, 1/2 cup Bulliards, 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning, dip small pieces fully cooked chicken in, yum, yum, hot, HOT, water!!! FREEWAY!!!!! :D

It is not nessesarily a recipe, but you could try an Hawian clay pot, soak the pot in water for an hour then add chicken, whatever sauces you like or marinade the parts cook and enjoy very easy... delish! Also, the NuWave Oven is great for cooking anything muscle segment from frozen to mouth watering in half the time, whole frozen chickens, cornedbeef hash, hot dogs even! Yuuummm! the cornedbeef hash cooked in a glass bowl done for 15 minutes + comes out perfect with no added oil or butter this thing will turn you into a meat CARNIVORE!!! LOOK OUT!!!!!

I also wanted to add. that the courned beef which I find takes forever to brown and get a crispy to in a pan gets a perfect crunchy coating in the NuWave if you want just stir the contants of the bowl and cook it some more for extra crunchynesses it is Great!:) You can use metal containers in the oven, I just happen to like glassware is all, no microwaves are used in the oven, sooooooooo...
